Modpack, Addons, Templates Update 05MAR2017

A small hotfix has been pushed to the Arma3Sync repository that addresses a few minor issues with the 28FEB2017 updates. This has unfortunately meant the removal of Kunduz from the modpack, but the doors on houses should once again function normally. As usual, changelogs are found below.
